Before play begins
Rules & Policies
These rules help protect every child, guest, and piece of equipment throughout your celebration.
Age & Supervision
Soft play is designed for children ages 6 months through 5 years. A responsible adult must supervise the play area at all times.
Socks On, Shoes Off
Shoes are not permitted inside the soft-play area. Socks are required for all children and adults entering the play space.
Keep the Area Clean
No food, drinks, candy, gum, face paint, glitter, slime, silly string, sharp objects, or pets are allowed inside the play area.
Safe Play Only
No rough play, climbing on gates, moving equipment, or taking toys outside the enclosed area. Follow all posted equipment instructions.
Bumper-Car Safety
Riders must follow the posted age and weight limits. One rider per car unless otherwise approved, and adult supervision is required.
Setup Requirements
The setup area must be clean, flat, level, and dry grass or an approved indoor surface. It must be clear of debris, pet waste, sprinklers, and sharp objects, with clear delivery access. Exact required space will be confirmed for your selected setup.
Power & Backup Plan
A working grounded power outlet must be available in the approved location for each inflatable. Outdoor bookings should have an indoor backup plan whenever possible.
Unsafe Weather
Equipment cannot be set up or operated in rain, lightning, unsafe winds, or wet or otherwise unsafe conditions. Play District makes the final safety decision and may pause, relocate, reschedule, or cancel service.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A 30% nonrefundable reservation retainer is required to reserve the event date.
- The rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed before the final payment is made.
- The remaining rental balance plus a $100 refundable security deposit are due seven days before the event.
- The $100 security deposit is returned within 48 hours after equipment inspection when there is no damage, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning.
- The customer is responsible for repair, cleaning, or replacement costs that exceed the security deposit.
Example for a $300 booking: Pay $90 to reserve the date. Seven days before the event, pay the $210 balance plus the $100 refundable security deposit.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather Policy
- The 30% reservation retainer is nonrefundable.
- With at least 14 days’ notice, payments may be transferred one time to another available date within six months.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made fewer than 14 days before the event are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except when Play District cancels because of unsafe weather.
- No refund is available after delivery or setup has begun.
- If unsafe weather prevents service, payments may be transferred one time to an available date within six months. If Play District cancels and a safe rescheduled date cannot be arranged, payments will be refunded.
